Painful ;(

I wonder last night how i can slept..
I lie on my bed..i feel so hot..keep wan sweat..

keep change position..have air cond like no air cond..

sudden hot sudden cold..how i can slept i also dun know..
until morning..i woke up..feel become normal edy..
but have 1 thing..it still serious..
that is my throat..until now still paining..
cough also pain...like wan vomit out the blood@@
drink water also will pain..eat also..eat porridge today..
Lunch and dinner also..normal porridge..very 清淡...
Who have a way can make it recover faster??
teach me please.. ><"
dun know i can tahan until when..
is very  PAIN NOW!!!
My throat never pain like this time..like HELL!!

have people happy..and have many people unhappy..

because same team with somebody who they unlike..
i participate this is third years...
third years are not same name..
